The C.T. Church of the Deaf is led by Pastor Edward J. Capner. It is designed to meet the needs of the Deaf community in Winnipeg. This ministry can be summed up very simply: it is all about the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Those who are interested can meet with us in Room 313, A.H. Argue Buliding.
